#Turkey "A criminal court in western province of Manisa's Turgutlu district
has sentenced five people to a total of 11 years and 20 days in prison for allegedlyinsulting Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip #Erdoğan during a protest demo condemning the #Roboski massacre in which Turkish warplanes killed 34 civilians mostly children, in the village of Roboski, in Şırnak's Uludere district on 28 December 2011. 
The court ruled the sentence following a hearing, rejecting the lawyers' demand in the scope of freedom of expression according to a report by DIHA (Dicle News Agency).The five citizens are accused of chanting the slogan “factious Erdoğan”." (firat) (38)
