1st of June was unforgetable!

1st of June, early morning... 
People came to Beşiktaş from Kadıköy by feet... (from Asian side to European side) 

Then they were exposed to tear gas (harder). 
Meanwhile Mr. Erdoğan decided to allow the CHP protest-march on the streets and then the police retreated from Taksim, just for a few hours. 
By the way: More than 1 million people were part of the big walk to Taksim. They came from Beşiktaş, Mecidiyeköy, Karaköy, and Tarlabaşı. 
The areas Beşiktaş, Taksim, Harbiye and Gümüşsuyu were crowded - full of people. 
Everyone recognized that its not only about Topçu Kışlası (AKP's project for Gezi Park), everyone felt it´s about much more.
At 1st of June, In Beşiktaş: 
Tear gas attacks against protesters, rubber-bullet guns and also the riot control vehicle (TOMA) was used by the police Police to set us under pressure and serious danger. 

So many people walked Beşiktaş from Taksim for help and support them.
Late night this day: Police startet to attack the people in Gümüşsuyu again. 
We carried people with stretchers to infirmaries.
We breathed a shitload of tear- and another orange gas till 6:00 a.m. in the morning, also volunteer doctors and helpful hotel employees experienced this.
Despite that all I think: 
Gümüşsuyu was really different.. 

Many resisters and chapullers were there.
It was a really amazing atmosphere there and it was the first time I felt happy and free like that.
For freedom
for bans, 

for peace, 
for our children and future!

1 Haziran sabahı... 
İnsanlar Kadıköy'den yürüyerek Beşiktaş'a kadar geldi. 
Sonrasında polisin gazlı müdahalesine maruz kaldılar. 
1 Milyondan fazla insan sokaklara çıktı. 
Başbakan CHP 'ye yürüyüş için izin verdi ve polis bir süre geri çekildi.

Beşiktaş, Taksim , Harbiye, Gümüşsuyu insanlarla doluydu.
 Geceleri polise direnen arkadaşların duvarlara, sokaklara, kaldırımlara bıraktığı izler olayın sadece Topçu Kışlası meselesi olmadığı anlaşılıyordu. 
1 Haziran günü ilerleyen saatlerde 
polis Beşiktaşta biber gazı, Toma ve plastik mermilerle tekrar müdahaleye başladı.
Taksim'deki bir çok insan hardım ve destek için Beşiktaş'a geçti.
Aynı günün geç saatlerinde Gümüşsuyu'nda tekrar polis müdahalesi başladı. 
Sedyelerle yaralı insanları revirlere taşıdık.
Gönüllü doktorlarla, kapısını bize açan otellerle saat 6 ya kadar gazlı müdahaleye maruz kaldık.
Bana sorarsanız her şeye rağmen Gümüşsuyu bir başkaydı.
 Gerçekten direnen bir halk vardı orada. 
Gerçekten inanılmaz bir atmosferi vardı. 
Ben ilk defa kendimi bu kadar özgür ve mutlu hissettim.
